Sriracha Scrambled Eggs
- 2 Blue Sky Family Farms Free-Range or Pasture-Raised Eggs
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce, or to taste
- 1 green onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Break eggs in a bowl and add sriracha sauce to taste chop and add green onion, salt and pepper. Mix for two minutes.
- Heat cooking oil to skillet and cook egg mixture until eggs are set.
