Elevated deviled eggs, oh my!

Ingredients:
✨ 6 Helpful Hens regeneratively raised eggs
✨ 3 tbsp mayo
✨ 1 tsp Dijon mustard
✨ 1 tsp white wine vinegar
✨ 1 tsp chopped capers (optional)
✨ 1 small minced shallot
✨ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✨ 1 tbsp chopped chives
✨ Salt & pepper to taste

First, Boil & peel Helpful Hens eggs. Then mash the yolks with all ingredients. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
Garnish with paprika & chives. Refrigerate immediately & enjoy this nourishing and yummy cold treat! Sophisticated & delicious! 🥚✨

Comfort food inspiration just in time for fall. 😍 But what really sets this delicious beef ramen apart of the soft boiled egg bringing rich flavor to the savory broth and spicy chili sauce.
Believe it or not, it’s super easy to whip up on busy days. Here’s what you’ll need:

- Lotus Foods Rice noodles
- 1 to 2 NY strip steaks
- 1 TBSP oil
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 4 soft boiled Helpful Hens eggs
- 2 TBSP of coconut aminos
- 1 TBSP of minced garlic
- 1 TBSP of crushed ginger
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- sliced green onions
- Drizzle of chili sauce

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in the bottom of a dutch oven. Once hot add the steak and sear on both sides. Sprinkled with Salt and Pepper. When the steak is done set aside.
- While your steak is cooking bring a small pot of water to a boil. Once boiling add the eggs. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Once cooked cool down with cold water and ice. Set aside.
- In the same pot add more oil if needed and then add the garlic and ginger.
- Once fragrant, add the broth and coconut aminos. Bring to boil and then set to simmer.
- Add the noodles and cook until soft.
- Add your broth and noodles to a dish, peel and add the egg, and then add you preferred toppings.
